Talent Recruitment System is a free, web-based service that pairs job-seeking educators with districts/schools seeking to hire them. As a member of the
Talent Recruitment System you are able to notify specific districts of your interest in working in that district and share your employment profile. In order to receive this service you must create a
Talent Recruitment System employment profile.
